Yoga Express with Nadia Narain consists of 7 x 10 minute flows to keep you happy, healthy and balanced. These 10 minute routines are based on major energetic and emotional themes you may encounter during your day. Pick and choose from the Matrix system the topics you want to practice or may need to bring into harmony. While each practice is concise they can be combined with others for a longer workout. The seven flows consist of: YOGA FLOW based on the sun salutation to warm, energise and invigorate the body. CORE FLOW to strengthen your core and bring awareness to your centre so that you feel centred and stable. TWIST AND FLOW to cleanse and release toxins and stress held in the body. By twisting and wringing out stored tension while flowing through sun salutes, this practice will leave you relaxed and calm. HEART FLOW opens and brings awareness to your emotional centre, expanding your capacity to connect to others. Practising this sequence, will allow stored emotions to be released and love to flow freely. The STRESS RELEASE practice allows you to let it all go and remove any excess stress trapped in the body. RELAX AND UNWIND is designed to melt the tensions away and calm the mind, body and soul. By gently stretching the body and working with the breath, the body can unwind and relax. MEDITATION is key to overall good health with mental, physical, emotional and spiritual benefits! This practice begins in a sitting meditation and then moves into a deeper savasana relaxation for deep healing. Everyone has 10 minutes for yoga!
