Allie Del Rio and Kelly Branning have created a complete set of workouts to help you become your MAX in as little as 10 minutes a day! BEMAX Stax workouts can each stand alone and also combine to create the workout your body needs each day. Using a strength building approach, BEMAX Stax workouts will challenge your muscles, tone your body, and get you stronger each time you work out. Suitable for all levels, BEMAX Stax moves through the exercises at a faster pace and will focus on increasing resistance throughout the workout. Use just your body weight or light weight if you are just beginning, or challenge yourself with increasing resistance if you are at an advanced fitness level. Pair BeMAX Stax with any other BEMAX workout(s) to be your MAX! Each workout approx. 10 minutes.
A total body workout with an emphasis on back, biceps, and shoulders, BEMAX Stax: Total Body 2 with Allie Del Rio gets you tight and toned in a short amount of time. Using upper and lower body exercise combined to create movements to elevate the heart rate and build strength.
