The Future Self workout series features 15 efficient, easy-to-follow videos. Designed for people that "think" they don't have time to workout, these 15-30 minute, time-based workouts combine dumbbell and bodyweight exercises that target fat loss, muscle building, and boosting energy. Each session helps boost your metabolism, increase bone density and muscle strength, and improve your cardiovascular health. Ideal for those who feel they don’t have time to work out but want real results! For max results, Tanner encourages you to take a walk (treadmill or outside) before you start to lift to burn more calories and warm up your body.
Day 1 of the Future Self program is a strength-focused workout using dumbbells. You'll perform a variety of exercises like chest press, squats, and bicep curls, each for 40 seconds at a time followed by a 20 second rest. This strategy allows you to properly recover and rest just long enough so that you can continue for a whole 20 minutes.
