This VERY challenging workout will rock your arms and your abs too! I am using two 10 lb. dumbbells and a chair in place of a weight bench. You'll perform lots of decline pushups, single arm tricep dips, and single arm incline planks with a dumbbell move. Prepare to get STRONG!
