Kate Brooks has worked as a personal trainer for over 6 years. Having switched careers to follow her passion for Fitness, she completed her NASM Personal Training qualification back in 2017 and has never looked back. Kate enjoys working by getting people in great mental and physical space.
Kate’s fitness philosophy is a balanced and diverse approach to Strength, Flexibility, and Agility as are all very much a core part of her workouts. She endeavors to make fun, focused, effective workouts that yield measurable results if done consistently.
Making change happen and enhancing Fitness alongside broader health and well-being is what Kate hopes her and her students do together!
