Tee Major is a fitness trainer with an unparalleled ability to motivate. Whether they be military special operators or ordinary men and women from all walks of life, his personal mission is to bring out the inner warrior of his training partners. Kaizen is his philosophy on health and fitness. Taking large goals like weight loss and and strength gains and breaking them down into small attainable goals. Then, spotting and eliminating wasteful actions or “muri”, and making small, systematic improvements. In all, Tee Major's holistic approach to health strips away self–imposed limitations while improving physical and mental strength, endurance, and focus.
