This Lower Body Workout with Dumbbells and a Chair focuses on single-sided, unilateral, movements to help even out imbalances in strength from the left and right sides of the body. This is a MAJOR glutes-focused workout. Make sure your chair/bench is sturdy or place the back of it against the wall for stability. Grab a medium pair of dumbbells, I'm using 10lbs each, and let's get to burning out the booty!
