This is a sweaty High Intensity Interval Training Class that covers it all: full body work with cardio intervals! I am using one 10 lb. dumbbell and a sturdy chair for the workout. I would suggest a medium weight. You'll perform lots of single-sided movements here to balance out any imbalances in strength from the right and left side of the body. You can modify the workout by using your bodyweight, as the single leg squats and lunges are quite challenging! Let's HIIT IT!
