Triangle breathing is a different variation similar to box breathing that you can use in multiple combinations to manipulate your energy levels and your state of being. As a basic rule of thumb, breathing around a regular triangle shape with a retention along the base is calming and grounding, and a reverse triangle with an inhale retention you will feel more energised.
