This chair yoga class will make your back, hips and shoulders feel much better as we release the muscles through deep stretches and breathing. The chair is one of my favorite props to use in my yoga sequences! I love the support the chair gives our backs to lift our posture up tall when seated and how it assists my all time favorite yoga pose a supported backbend!
