Caroline Pearce is a former International athlete and UK TV Gladiator. Currently, she is a fitness trainer, sports scientist, TV sports presenter, published author, nutrition consultant and DVD presenter! All through her busy career, Caroline has had to maintain the highest fitness levels possible from her start as a heptathlete to her Gladiator days. As her career developed into other directions off the track, Caroline needed to create fast and effective workouts to keep herself in top form. After years of researching different methods, she designed a unique legs– arms – abs rotation system that will work every part of your physique while blasting fat away! This tried and tested system is present in all her routines and will burn maximum calories and tone your body from top to toe in no time! Each circuit involves rotating strength exercises for lower body, upper body and abdominals (twice through) followed by her secret ingredient that will get your heart rate racing and metabolism fired up! Caroline is passionate about helping women be the best they can be. She obtained her Bachelors in Sports Science (2002) and a Masters in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition (2003) from Loughborough University. She is a certified REPS Accredited Power Plate Master Trainer: core fundamentals; fitness and performance; group exercise; healthcare and golf (2004).
