How Do I Login to the New FitFusion?
You’ll need to set a NEW password the first time you use our new web player and apps. Once you set a new password, the app will keep you logged in until you intentionally log out.

Upon logging in after the password reset, just enter your username and new password to get back into your account.
How Do I Reset My Password?
Upon using the app and website for the first with our new platform, you’ll have a prompt to reset your password. Simply click the link to reset and we’ll send you an email to reset your password. The email should come within seconds, but could take a few minutes. If you don’t see an email, then simply check your spam / junk and/or “all mail” folders.
How Do I Manage My Subscription? (Pause, Cancel or Modify Payments)
Your plan can be modified or canceled at any time, by taking the following steps:

If you subscribed through the website:

Tap your profile picture on the top right corner
Tap “Manage My Subscription”
Enter the email address that you use to log into FitFusion
You will get an email from STRIPE PORTAL, this is the portal to manage your subscription
Once in STRIPE, you can cancel or change your plan.

If you subscribed through an Apple Device / iOS App Store:

From your Apple Device, go to the Settings app
Tap Your Name at the top of the screen (this is your Apple Account)
Tap Subscriptions
Under “Active”, find and tap FitFusion Workouts
Select cancel if you’d like to cancel your subscription

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store:
On your Android phone:

Open the Google Play Store.
Make sure you are signed in to the correct Google Account.
Tap Menu - Subscriptions.
Select the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel subscription.

Per Google Play, if you have a subscription with an app and the app gets removed from Google Play, your future subscription will not be canceled. Your past subscriptions will not be refunded. You must cancel the subscription to avoid recurring charges from processing.

We do not support pausing a subscription at this time.
How Do I Reactivate My Subscription?
If you have an existing account, but canceled your subscription, simply tap the “sign in” link (top right corner on the website), or hit the “sign in” button in the app. 

If you can’t remember the password you used before, tap “forgot password?”

We’ll send you an email to reset your password. The email should come within seconds, but could take a few minutes. If you don’t see an email, then simply check your spam / junk and/or “all mail” folders.

Once you are logged back into your account, you can subscribe by tapping any workout video and tapping on “get access now” to re-activate your account.
How Do I Update My Payment Information?
Your plan can be modified or canceled at any time, by taking the following steps:

If you subscribed through the website:

What if My Payment Does Not Process?
If you are a web-based subscriber, you’ll get an email from STRIPE. You can follow the steps from there to fix your payment information.

If you are an Apple subscriber, you’ll be notified from them that your subscription payment didn’t go through. Update your payment information with Apple and it should go through.
